Why we built this

Interviewing shouldn't need a calendar.

We built this from the other side of it. We were job hunting, and most of the process wasn't interviewing — it was arranging to be interviewed. What time works. Can you do Tuesday. Sorry, something's come up, can we move it.

Then you clear half an hour, sit down for it, and twenty minutes in it's clear the role isn't right. That half hour is gone for both of you.

Nobody in that exchange is doing anything wrong. The format is just expensive — for the person hiring and the person hoping to be hired.

So we built the version without the calendar. Write your questions once, send one link, and people answer on video when they can. You watch when it suits you.

It's deliberately small. It does one thing and doesn't try to be your ATS, your inbox or your calendar. Still early, still changing — if something's missing or broken, tell us and we'll fix it.
