However, Customer recognizes and agrees that hosting data online involves risks of unauthorized disclosure or exposure and that, in accessing and using the Service, Customer assumes such risks. Zipterview offers no representation, warranty, or guarantee that Customer Data will not be exposed or disclosed through errors or the actions of third parties.
Data Accuracy
Zipterview will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the Service by Customer, including without limitation Customer Data and any other data uploaded by Users.
Data Deletion
Zipterview may permanently erase Customer Data if Customer’s account is delinquent, suspended, or terminated for 30 days or more.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Zipterview or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of these materials without express written permission from Zipterview.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at zipterview.com/privacy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zipterview does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Zipterview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Changes to the Terms
Zipterview reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws of the jurisdictions in which Zipterview operates. By default, this will be in the Republic of South Africa, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
